Fieldza by Flintime Inc. ("Fieldza," "we," "us," or "our") provides cloud-based field service management software that helps business customers manage clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, scheduling, dispatching, payments, communications, and related field operations (the "Service"). Fieldza is offered through our the website located at https://fieldza.com and any subdomains thereof (the "Website"), our native mobile application for Apple iOS devices distributed via the Apple App Store ("Fieldza for iOS"), and our native mobile application for Android devices distributed via Google Play ("Fieldza for Android"). The Fieldza for iOS and Fieldza for Android are collectively referred to as the "Apps" or "Mobile Apps." The Website, Apps, and Service are Fieldza products owned and operated by Flintime Inc..
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use, disclose, and otherwise process information about identifiable individuals (“Personal Information”) through the Website, Apps, and Service. Our Service is provided to business customers who register for an account with us (“Account Owners”). Account Owners may authorize employees, contractors, and other personnel to access and use the Service on their behalf through the Website or either Mobile App (“Employee Users”). In connection with the Service, Account Owners and Employee Users may collect, upload, or otherwise make available Personal Information relating to their own customers, prospects, and other individuals (“End Users”). Personal Information collected from or about End Users is made available to the applicable Account Owner and is used in accordance with the Account Owner's own privacy practices and instructions, subject to the terms of our agreements with Account Owners.
By accessing or using the Website, Apps, and/or Service, or by otherwise providing Personal Information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our products. This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Mobile App Privacy, and other policies on our Legal page.
A Note About Children
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence to use the Website, App, and/or Service. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 (or such other age as directed by applicable law in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as reasonably practicable. If you believe that we may have collected Personal Information from a child, please contact us at support@fieldza.com.
A Note to Users Outside the United States
Fieldza is based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that Personal Information we collect will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers maintain facilities. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from, and in some cases less protective than, the laws of your country of residence.
By visiting or using the Website, App, and/or Service, or by otherwise providing us with Personal Information, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions as described in this Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of Personal Information, as further described in the section below entitled “European Economic Area / United Kingdom.”
Lawful Processing
We process your Personal Information as set out in this Privacy Policy, including as necessary to perform our obligations to you under our Terms of Service and to provide the Website, App, and Service. Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, your Personal Information will not be used for other purposes without your consent or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties. We do not share your mobile information with third parties and/or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. However, under certain United States state privacy laws, “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising is treated as distinct from “selling” personal information. We may share personal information with third-party advertising and analytics providers to deliver targeted advertising based on your activities across different websites, applications, and services. Where applicable, you may have the right to opt out of both the sale and sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described in the section below entitled “US State Privacy Rights.”
Where we rely on your consent to process Personal Information, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at support@fieldza.com. Please note that withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. If you withdraw consent or object to certain processing, we may no longer be able to provide some or all of the Website, App, and/or Service to you.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information that Fieldza collects, uses, and discloses in connection with the Website, App, and Service. It does not apply to the privacy practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Account Owners, End Users, third-party integrations, payment networks, social networking platforms, or other websites and services that may be linked to or accessible through the Service.
Account Owners are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained all necessary rights, authorizations, notices, and consents to collect, use, and disclose Personal Information about End Users and Employee Users through the Service, and for complying with all applicable privacy and data protection laws in connection with their use of the Service. If you are an End User and have questions about how an Account Owner uses your Personal Information, please contact that Account Owner directly.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that cannot be used to identify you, such as aggregated or de-identified information that we may create or receive, provided that we maintain and use such information in de-identified form and do not attempt to re-identify it.
Personal Information About End Users
In providing the Service to Account Owners, we may process Personal Information about End Users on the Account Owner's behalf and according to the Account Owner's instructions. This Personal Information may include, without limitation:
- Name, phone number, email address, and physical or service address
- Job, appointment, and service history, including notes, photos, and documentation uploaded in connection with field work
- Communications facilitated through the Service, including emails, text messages, in-app messages, and call records
- AI-generated transcripts, summaries, or other outputs created from communications or recordings processed through the Service
- Payment, billing, and financial information in connection with transactions processed by or through Account Owners
- Preferences, instructions, and other information End Users provide in connection with services requested from Account Owners
We process End User Personal Information as a service provider or processor to Account Owners. We do not use End User Personal Information for our own purposes except as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as otherwise permitted under our agreements with Account Owners and this Privacy Policy. End Users who wish to access, correct, delete, or otherwise exercise privacy rights with respect to Personal Information processed on an Account Owner's behalf should contact the relevant Account Owner. If an End User contacts us directly, we will refer the request to the applicable Account Owner and, where required by law and our agreements, assist the Account Owner in responding to the request.
What We Collect
The Personal Information we collect depends on how you interact with the Website, App, and Service, your role (Account Owner, Employee User, End User, job applicant, supplier, or website visitor), and the choices you make. We may collect Personal Information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Website, App, and Service, from Account Owners, from third parties such as payment processors and integration partners, and from publicly available sources.
Account Owners and Authorized Employee Users
When you register for an account, request a demo, or otherwise interact with us as an Account Owner or authorized Employee User, we may collect:
- Registration and profile information, such as your full name, email address, phone number, job title, and business name
- Account credentials, including usernames and encrypted passwords
- Business contact information, billing address, tax identifiers, and other information needed to establish and administer your account
- Payment and subscription information, including billing details and transaction history for Fieldza subscriptions
- Communications with us, including support requests, feedback, and correspondence
- Content you or authorized users upload to the Service, including customer records, job details, photos, documents, signatures, and notes
- Employee User permissions, roles, and activity within the Service
- Location information when you enable location services in the App for dispatching, routing, time tracking, or related features
E-Commerce Transactions
If you purchase a Fieldza subscription or other paid offerings through the Website or App, we use Stripe, Inc. to process payments. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Our payment processors may collect and process payment card information, billing address, and related transaction data on our behalf. We may receive limited payment information from our processors, such as the last four digits of your card, card type, expiration date, and transaction confirmation details, to manage your subscription and provide customer support.
If you use payment features within the Service to accept payments from End Users on behalf of your business, additional payment-related information may be collected and processed as described in the section below entitled “Third-Party Related Terms.”
Logs and Automatic Collection
When you access or use the Website, App, or Service, our servers and third-party service providers automatically record certain information, which may include:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address and general geographic location derived from IP address
- Browser type, language, and operating system
- Device identifiers, device type, mobile carrier, and hardware model
- Pages viewed, links clicked, features used, and actions taken within the Website, App, or Service
- Date and time stamps, session duration, and referral URLs
- Crash reports, performance data, and diagnostic logs
- Search terms and interactions with in-app search functionality
We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Website, App, and Service, to diagnose technical problems, to understand usage patterns, and to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Cookies and Tracking
We and our third-party partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies to recognize you and your device, remember your preferences, authenticate sessions, analyze usage, and deliver relevant content and advertising. For more information about these technologies and your choices, see the section below entitled “Cookies & Other Automatic Data Collection.”
Employee and Job Applicant Information
If you apply for employment with Fieldza or participate in our recruiting process, we may collect information you provide in your application, resume, cover letter, portfolio, references, interview notes, background check results (where permitted by law), and other information relevant to evaluating your candidacy. If you become a Fieldza employee, we may collect additional Personal Information for human resources, payroll, benefits, performance management, and workplace security purposes, in accordance with applicable law and separate employee privacy notices where provided.
Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to our marketing communications, request a demo, download content, attend a webinar, or otherwise express interest in Fieldza, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, industry, and marketing preferences. We use this information to send newsletters, product updates, promotional offers, event invitations, and other marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at support@fieldza.com. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional or account-related messages that are necessary to provide the Service.
Surveys, Contests and Marketing Analytics
From time to time, we may offer surveys, contests, sweepstakes, beta programs, or other promotions. If you choose to participate, we may collect information you provide, such as your name, contact information, demographic information, feedback, and survey responses. We may use this information to administer the program, improve our products and services, and for marketing analytics. Participation is voluntary, and additional terms may apply to specific promotions.
We may also use third-party marketing and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, understand how users discover and engage with Fieldza, and optimize our marketing efforts. These tools may collect information about your interactions with our ads and Website across devices and over time.
Suppliers and Partners
If you are a supplier, vendor, reseller, integration partner, or other business contact of Fieldza, we may collect business contact information, contractual information, billing and payment details, communications, and other information necessary to manage our relationship with you, evaluate partnership opportunities, and fulfill our contractual obligations.
Use of Personal Information
Fieldza uses Personal Information for the following purposes, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection:
- Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Website, App, and Service, including enabling Account Owners and Employee Users to manage field operations, scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and customer communications
- Create, administer, and manage accounts, authenticate users, and enforce account permissions and access controls
- Process subscriptions, billing, payments, refunds, and other transactions related to the Service through Stripe
- Facilitate communications between Account Owners, Employee Users, and End Users through features such as SMS and telephony (via Twilio) and email notifications (via Resend)
- Generate, store, and display AI-assisted outputs, such as call transcripts, summaries, and suggested responses, where such features are enabled
- Send technical notices, security alerts, support messages, invoices, receipts, and other transactional or account-related email notifications through Resend
- Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve disputes
- Send marketing communications, product announcements, and information about Fieldza features, events, and offers, where permitted by law and subject to your communication preferences
- Conduct research, analytics, and product development, including analyzing usage trends and improving user experience
- Monitor, detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, unauthorized access, and other harmful or illegal activity
- Conduct security monitoring, vulnerability management, breach detection, and incident response activities
- Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Fieldza, our users, and others
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, and governmental requests
- Conduct business operations, including accounting, auditing, recordkeeping, and internal reporting
- Manage our relationships with suppliers, partners, and other third parties
- Evaluate and process employment applications and manage human resources for Fieldza personnel
- Generate aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data for analytics, benchmarking, and business insights
- Fulfill any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect your Personal Information, or for which we obtain your consent
Third-Party Related Terms
Fieldza Payments (Stripe)
Payment processing for Fieldza subscriptions and, where enabled, payment acceptance on behalf of Account Owners is provided by Stripe, Inc.(“Stripe”). When you subscribe to the Service or use payment features, Personal Information and financial information may be collected, processed, and stored by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
Stripe may collect payment card information, billing address, identity verification data, and transaction information. Fieldza does not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may receive limited payment information from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, card type, expiration date, and transaction confirmation details, to manage your subscription and provide customer support. SMS and Messaging (Twilio)
We use Twilio Inc.(“Twilio”) to deliver SMS, MMS, and related messaging features within the Service, including appointment reminders, job notifications, two-factor authentication codes, and communications between Account Owners, Employee Users, and End Users that you initiate through the Service.
When you use messaging features, Twilio may process phone numbers, message content, delivery status, and related metadata on our behalf. Twilio's use of information is governed by its privacy policy, available at twilio.com/legal/privacy. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Email Notifications (Resend)
We use Resend, Inc.(“Resend”) to send transactional and account-related email notifications on our behalf, such as account verification emails, password resets, billing receipts, invoice delivery, job confirmations, and service alerts.
Resend may process email addresses, message content, delivery logs, and related metadata when sending emails through the Service. Resend's use of information is governed by its privacy policy, available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Cookies & Other Automatic Data Collection
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website and App, remember your preferences, understand how you interact with our properties, measure campaign performance, and improve the Service. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We may use session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until deleted or expired).
Types of cookies and similar technologies we may use include:
- Strictly necessary cookies required for authentication, security, and core Service functionality
- Functional cookies that remember your preferences and settings
- Analytics cookies that help us understand usage and performance
- Advertising and marketing cookies that help deliver and measure relevant ads
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through in-product preference centers. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Website, App, or Service.
Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics and related Google marketing services to analyze Website and App usage. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as how often users visit our properties, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to visiting. Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. You can learn more about Google Analytics and opt out by visiting tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You may also manage certain Google ad personalization settings at adssettings.google.com.
Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT signals or similar mechanisms that communicate a request to disable online tracking of users who visit our Website. We continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and the implementation of legally recognized opt-out mechanisms.
Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties
We may share Personal Information with third parties in the circumstances described below. We require service providers to use Personal Information only as necessary to provide services to us and in accordance with appropriate contractual safeguards.
Sub-Processors
We engage third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf (“Sub-Processors”), including:
- Stripe, Inc.: payment processing for subscriptions and in-app payment features
- Twilio Inc.: SMS, MMS, and messaging delivery
- Resend, Inc.: transactional and account-related email notifications
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, data storage services, customer support platforms, analytics providers, fraud prevention services, professional advisors, and IT security vendors
Sub-Processors may access, process, and store Personal Information in the United States and other countries in connection with providing services to Fieldza. We maintain agreements with Sub-Processors that require them to protect Personal Information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed. Business Transfers
If Fieldza is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, Personal Information may be disclosed to counterparties and advisers and may be among the assets transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law. If such a transfer occurs, the recipient's use of Personal Information will be subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy that provides substantially similar protections, and we will provide notice as required by law.
Social Networking Services
The Website and App may include features that connect to social networking services or allow you to share content to social platforms. If you choose to use these features, information you provide may be shared with the applicable social networking service and governed by that service's privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy settings and policies of any social networking services you use in connection with Fieldza.
Third-Party Integrations and Apps
The Service may enable Account Owners to connect third-party applications, integrations, and services (“Third-Party Apps”). If you or an Account Owner chooses to enable a Third-Party App, Personal Information may be shared with the provider of that Third-Party App in accordance with the Account Owner's configuration and the Third-Party App's terms and privacy policy. Fieldza does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of Third-Party Apps. Account Owners are responsible for reviewing and approving Third-Party Apps connected to their accounts.
Payment Processors
We share Personal Information with Stripe, Inc. to process subscription payments, facilitate payment acceptance on behalf of Account Owners, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with financial regulations. Stripe may process Personal Information as our service provider in accordance with its privacy policy.
Messaging and Email Providers
We share Personal Information with Twilio Inc. to deliver SMS, MMS, and related messaging features, and with Resend, Inc. to send transactional and account-related email notifications. These providers process phone numbers, email addresses, message content, and delivery metadata on our behalf as Sub-Processors.
As Required by Law
We may disclose Personal Information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental or regulatory request, including responding to subpoenas, court orders, or lawful requests from public authorities
- Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements, including investigating potential violations
- Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Fieldza, our users, End Users, Employee Users, Account Owners, or the public, as required or permitted by law
- Facilitate the collection of debts or protect against credit risk
We may also share Personal Information with advertising and marketing providers to deliver and measure targeted advertising, as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law provides you with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information for targeted advertising, you may exercise that right as described in the section below entitled “US State Privacy Rights.”
Security and Data Governance
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures may include encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls and authentication requirements, network security monitoring, employee training, vendor security assessments, and incident response procedures.
We maintain internal policies and procedures governing data access, classification, retention, and disposal. Access to Personal Information is limited to personnel and service providers who need such access to perform their job duties or provide services to us, and who are subject to confidentiality obligations.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
If we become aware of a security incident involving Personal Information that triggers notification obligations under applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required.
Retention
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The criteria we use to determine retention periods include:
- The duration of your account and your ongoing use of the Service
- Our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations
- Whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position, such as in connection with statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations
- Whether Personal Information is needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the security and integrity of the Service
When Personal Information is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, we will take steps to delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. We may retain certain information in backup systems for a limited period as part of our disaster recovery and business continuity practices. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained indefinitely.
If you are an End User and wish to request deletion of Personal Information processed on an Account Owner's behalf, please contact the applicable Account Owner. Account Owners may delete or export data through the Service, subject to the features available on their subscription plan and our data retention policies.
Exercising Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Information. These rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise privacy rights relating to Personal Information that Fieldza processes as a controller, please contact us at support@fieldza.com with sufficient information to verify your identity and describe your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
If you are an End User and your request relates to Personal Information processed on an Account Owner's behalf, we will direct you to the applicable Account Owner and, where required by law and our agreements, assist the Account Owner in responding to your request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights granted under applicable law. However, if you withdraw consent or request deletion of Personal Information necessary to provide the Service, we may no longer be able to provide some or all features of the Website, App, or Service.
US State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states have additional privacy rights under applicable state laws. This section describes rights that may be available to you depending on your state of residence. Terms used in this section have the meanings given to them under the applicable state law.
California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, please see our dedicated California Privacy Notice for additional disclosures and rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”). Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:
- Know. Request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, the business or commercial purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it
- Delete. Request deletion of Personal Information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
- Correct. Request correction of inaccurate Personal Information we maintain about you
- Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. Direct us not to sell your Personal Information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration. We may share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in this Privacy Policy
- Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. Request that we limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes permitted by the CCPA/CPRA, where applicable
- Non-Discrimination. Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights

We will verify your request using information associated with your account or other reasonable verification methods. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf by providing written authorization and verifying the agent's identity as required by law.
In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have collected, used, and disclosed the categories of Personal Information described in the section above entitled “What We Collect” for the business purposes described in the section above entitled “Use of Personal Information.” We do not sell Personal Information as traditionally defined. We may share Personal Information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in this Privacy Policy.
Colorado Residents
If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) may provide you with the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your Personal Information, and to opt out of the processing of Personal Information for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of Personal Information, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@fieldza.com with the subject line “Colorado Privacy Request.” You may appeal our decision regarding your request by replying to our response and indicating that you wish to appeal.
Connecticut Residents
If you are a Connecticut resident, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA) may provide you with the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your Personal Information, and to opt out of the processing of Personal Information for targeted advertising, the sale of Personal Information, or profiling in furtherance of solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@fieldza.com with the subject line “Connecticut Privacy Request.” You may appeal our decision regarding your request by contacting us at the same email address.
Virginia Residents
If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) may provide you with the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your Personal Information, and to opt out of the processing of Personal Information for targeted advertising, the sale of Personal Information, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@fieldza.com with the subject line “Virginia Privacy Request.” You may appeal our decision regarding your request by contacting us at the same email address.
Utah Residents
If you are a Utah resident, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) may provide you with the right to access and delete your Personal Information and to opt out of the sale of Personal Information and certain targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@fieldza.com with the subject line “Utah Privacy Request.”
Other U.S. State Residents

For purposes of the GDPR, Fieldza by Flintime Inc.is the controller of Personal Information we collect through the Website, App, and Service, except where we process Personal Information about End Users on behalf of Account Owners, in which case we act as a processor and the Account Owner is the controller.
