("Fieldza," "we," "us," or "our") provides cloud-based field service management software that helps business customers manage clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, scheduling, dispatching, payments, communications, and related field operations (the "Service"). Fieldza is offered through our the website located at https://fieldza.com and any subdomains thereof (the "Website"), our native mobile application for Apple iOS devices distributed via the Apple App Store ("Fieldza for iOS"), and our native mobile application for Android devices distributed via Google Play ("Fieldza for Android"). The Fieldza for iOS and Fieldza for Android are collectively referred to as the "Apps" or "Mobile Apps." The Website, Apps, and Service are Fieldza products owned and operated by Flintime Inc.. This page helps you understand and manage your privacy choices regarding cookies, targeted advertising, and your rights under applicable privacy laws across the Website, Fieldza for iOS, Fieldza for Android, and Service. We may use third-party advertising and analytics partners that collect information about your activity on our Website and App to deliver targeted advertising. If you are a California resident or otherwise have the right to opt out under applicable law, you may request that we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising by emailing support@fieldza.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal or other recognized opt-out preference signal, we will honor that signal where required by applicable law, to the extent we are able to detect and process it.
Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us at support@fieldza.com. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional or account-related messages necessary to provide the Service, including through Resend and other service providers.
SMS and Messaging
If you receive SMS or MMS messages from Fieldza, you may opt out by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support information. Message and data rates may apply. SMS messages are delivered through Twilio. See our Terms of Service for additional information about telephonic communications.
