Fieldza by Flintime Inc. ("Fieldza," "we," "us," or "our") provides cloud-based field service management software that helps business customers manage clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, scheduling, dispatching, payments, communications, and related field operations (the "Service"). Fieldza is offered through our the website located at https://fieldza.com and any subdomains thereof (the "Website"), our native mobile application for Apple iOS devices distributed via the Apple App Store ("Fieldza for iOS"), and our native mobile application for Android devices distributed via Google Play ("Fieldza for Android"). The Fieldza for iOS and Fieldza for Android are collectively referred to as the "Apps" or "Mobile Apps." The Website, Apps, and Service are Fieldza products owned and operated by Flintime Inc..To support Fieldza in delivering the Service through our Website and Mobile Apps, we may engage third-party service providers to assist with data processing activities. When we work with these service providers in our capacity as a data processor or service provider on behalf of our business customers, the third-party service provider is a subprocessor of Fieldza (“Subprocessor”).
The list below identifies Subprocessors we use to provide the Fieldza Website, Fieldza for iOS, Fieldza for Android, and platform services.

Subprocessors may access, store, and process Personal Information outside of the jurisdiction in which you are located, including in the United States. We require Subprocessors to protect Personal Information through contractual safeguards and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
